Yeah, that is not really an easy thing to do at all, and is not really related to HTML and website design, more of a programming thing.

 

lol...that is very easy to done

this guy just install the contact plugin you can also do this easily just search out on google:

wordpress contact us pluigin and install it , follow the instruction and you are done
