Is my site in the sandbox?

I've been thinking and thinking what the problem may lie in, but I think I haven't got the experience yet to judge by myself, so I turn to DP for help.

I have a wordpress blog and I have completely SEOed it, including dynamic title and meta tags, keyword density, etc. I have been building links for a while, with 3-4 anchor texts, one of the of course my main keyword. Now after a while I can see I'm still in the 45-75 position on various datacenters for my main keyword, about 50 for the second anchor text, and nowhere to be found for the rest of the anchor texts.

Also for some very specific terms, like a long continuous string for which only 3-5 pages show up in the search results in Google, my site sits at the end, or at the last entries.

Also the domain is 1 Years, 6 Months, 18 days old. Shouldn't I be out of the sandbox by now? Or does this have nothing to do with the google Sandbox? If someone would like to quickly have a look at the situation please let me know and I'll pm you my site's address and the keyword(s).

    Thanks for your time!

As I per my knowledge google sandbox effect is for 3 weeks to 3 months. And you mention that your domain is more than 3 years old. Did you check your competitor website bcoz they might have better back links and content plus authority than you. First try that. I dont think so sandbox is effecting your website.

yeah, As you describe your problem its seems like may be in sandbox,
    well what is your site,

you can also check your website, whether it is in sandbox or not.
you should look at the quality of your content and the quality of your inbound links. You should also see if you rank well for non-competitive keywords. Remember how the filter affects competitive keywords more than less competitive keywords? Well, you can use this to determine if you have been sandboxed. Finally, if you rank well in all the other major search engines, but do not show up at all in Google’s rankings, you have probably been sandboxed.

    Hey sweta,

Here's the latest news. I submitted my rss feed to as many sites as I could find (the ones that create an SE friendly html page that lists your entries with a backlink to the site). The result is visitors have grown to ~650 for the past seven days compared to about 470-490 a few weeks ago. The interesting thing is that the increase equals to visitors from yahoo only. I don't seem to have to be getting any love from Google because of those feed submissions. In fact you can find some of them actually show up higher when searching for main keywords like "Rapidshare Links" or "Rapidshare Movies".

Sweta, thanks for offering to help. I'll send you a PM with more details. I hope you could help me out with Google.

Hey sweta, thanks for letting me know 99% of my pages were in the supplemental index. I have an idea of how to get out of there which includes solutions to what I think are currently the biggest problems of all those pages - low onpage content quantity and duplicate content.

digitaldan1979, that's definitely going to help. I sent you a PM.

PS. I should mention that the SE visitor count has increased to 875 for the past 7 days and growing even more rapidly. I hope I get the same love from Google in some time.
