Hey Trypp,

How do you keep track of the conversion for each of your keyword or even advertiser? I'm having problem with Sub-ID.

Let say I have a landing page and my affiliate sub-Id I assign to YSM and Google is myaffiliates.com/?subid=yahoo/google but after the user click on the link to my site the sub-Id is gone right? How do I keep on tracking it all the way?

I know that your question is for Trypp, but i think that you wont mind if i give some tips Get some keyword tracking tool. I use xconversion. With this you can track any keyword that makes sale.

 

Like speed100 says, xconversions. I use it on most of my pages. It will grab the domain, bid keyword, and keyword searched and pass it on to your sub id. Then you can import your data from your affiliate stats to compare.

I figure I only need about $250 a day to quit my day job. It sounds like such a small amount but it seems so far away at the moment.

Six months at this and still spinning my wheels. I do, however, now feel focused on PPC, whereas before I was all over the place.

Amazing stuff. I didnt even know that such sum were possible. Interesting field. I will like to learn more about it and perhaps give it a gooo'er.. But will have to start reading the ppc marketing forum as someone suggested earlier in this thread... But some books about the main concept would be good though. Still If you can Pm me the designers contact details, i would be very thankful.

Can i also ask, when you started in this field? 1 year ago or more?
