High paying keywords always include mortgage, loan, new york lawyer, san francisco lawyer, insurance, banking...
It doesn't change much, it centers on ads that have potential to generate big money for the one's paying for the ads. Like the one's mentioned above this post!
Take a look at this high paying keywords list: http://www.highpayinggooglekeywords.com/ Like Bolhol said:
I suggest you check Google Trends. There you can compare the popularity of different keywords over a period of time.
High-paying keywords are nice, but the reason they are high-paying is that there is lots of competition among the advertisers placing the ads. If you create a web site with the keywords that generate those high-paying Adsense ads, you are competing with the same sites of the advertisers. Your challenge, therefore, is to fight your way through the competition and get enough traffic and enough CTR to make any real money. It's easier by have lesser-paying keywords, having less competition, getting more traffic, and making more money. I would rather have 100 clicks on a 50 cent ad than 5 clicks on a 2 dollar ad.
I agree with stackman. Also take into consideration that you should make a site for offering quality content to your traffic. You shouldn't make a site for just for adsense based on the highest paying keywords.
but with high paying adsense keywords remember there is alot of competition for them so dont use high competition high paying keywords to draw in traffic, you should really look for high traffic low competition keywords first and make your website seo with them and then when the traffic is coming in add the high paying keywords in some areas. Also i have learnt that it is not much use to you if you saturate your website with too many keywords as this way you will not get the google bots attention to your high paying keywords, hope that made sense.
My suggestion would be to have a website about a domain you are expert in. Don't run after high paying keywords. There is nothing like high paying keywords....Even if there is, then its for limited period.
yes.that is true.. maybe your can try to create individual post/page for each keywords. that will help you to change the keywords whenever you like
one of my site got the highest keywords http://article.partybacolod.com one of the top keywords are: insurance, asbestos, atty., lawyers, car insurance and so much more..
Insurance, loans, finance all seem to pay very well (well they do for me anyway). Just to echo another comment from Indian, don't go after the keywords. It's pointless, create a site you know something about instead. I have done this and have good results as I am enthusiastic about what I am creating.
