Something i need to know with Adsense and WAREZ

Ok, so i've been surfing lately and i have found some warez/illegal sites and blogs (like sharing TV episodes, movies, music, etc etc) with Google Adsense and they've been around for several months. So my question is, do google even check sites likes this ? I mean, if they can last for several months, that means they didnt even check where the traffic/clicks are coming from ?


Another thing, hosting porn/illegal files in your server is not allowed, but how about linking them to megaupload and rapidshare ? I see this one warez site which mentions in their TOS that "We DONT HOST ANY ILLEGAL FILES"...which is true, because all the files are shared via megaupload/rapidshare and they're not using their own domain...so what they did is only "sharing information". Maybe this is why the site never get banned until now ? I dont want to mention the site as i'm afraid it would not be allowed here.

It really boogles my mind because these warez sites are getting alot of traffic, and sharing warez is the easiest way to get traffic really.

So, What is your view about this?

they are against TOS

google has a place to report:

It´s an illegal activity so it´s against the TOS.
Even you dont host anything you have a site about it, so it´s illegal.

 

Sharing illegal content is also against adsense TOS. Everyone will get their dues, don't worry.

 

You need to report them.
