    Can I open multiple adwords accounts on the same IP address?
    (for example: I have an adwords account, but now i want to open one for a client)

    You should open a "My Client Center" with Google Adwords to do this.

    yes, you can open as many clients as you want on the same IP. MCC helps consolidate, but is not required
