    Can we prove that this is a scam by looking at the "Last updated" date?

    If the WHOIS data changes, it means there has been a sale.
    If not, this is a scam.

    Scammers.....

    (even if we can "prove" that this is a scam, will the DP mods ever do something to this person?)
