I normally stop what I am doing, go out take a walk relax before I come back. For eg if I am angered by someone on DP, I just logoff instead of continuing posting, only when I am calm down will I login again. This is especially when you are posting on forums, you may say some things you will regret later on and it couldn't be deleted.
I bottle it up , get the hell out o the situation as quick as possible and then start laughing at it and calling them any number of obscenties. Just concentrate on the absurdity of the situation, make it funny.
Exercise like go for a long relaxing walk in the park etc. OR go to the movies to let it all disfuse away. But if its really bad and stored up - go to the gym and give the speed ball or bag a thrashing, bang bang whack! Go to i normally too tired to be angry anymore Great Release Angry $ex, works well and gets all that energy out too

I usually shut my mouth up but if I am alone at home, I punch my bed several times until my arm is hurt.
Depends on the situation. I range from laughing at whatever it is to beating the hell out of it. Depends on who what where and when. I do tend to cuss it a lot though. Also I have road rage. Oh well life goes on.
When I get angry I can't repress my negative feelings...I have to express myself...but I try to be as reasonable as I can...Fortunately, I can't stay angry for a long time
Kinda like DigitalDuke, I just go away from the person/thing that I'm pissed at and am able to get rid of anger quickly. Generally I'm a pretty laid-back person anyway.
