    Sorry guys, but why you loose so much time ....

    by trying to enter into DMOZ and to convince editors how good your website is?!

    most DMOZ editors , in big categories are very old, and i bet most of them even didn't logged in this year ...

    I bet most of those editors not only have logged in this year, but have actually made an edit in the last few months.

    As for losing time, it only takes a few moments to suggest a site... though, I guess prepping the site could count as a waste, but then, if it's a waste of time to get your site worth looking at, then it'll not likely do well outside of DMOZ either ;)

    Submit & forget, and if you don't like how they do things, forget to submit!

    Yes, submit & forget, you will get a little PR juice if your site is accepted.

    I can afford to loose 1 minute (or less if I use copy/paste) of my time to submit my site to ODP.
