Is my site PR3 or PR7 ?

I have a hobby site www.rcplaneguide.com
2 year ago is pr5, 3 months ago is pr3.
today I checked my pr at: http://www.iwebtool.com/pagerank_checker?domain=www.rcplaneguide.com
It showed some data center pr7,some showed pr3.
so my site now is pr3 or pr7?

dont get carried away i have noticed it for some days now.. .. I think its some problem with their script, coz i also tried some new sites which still dont have a PR as yet and even there it indicated pr7 from some servers.. which is incorrect for sure

I wanted to recheck with digpagerank, but i see it is not working since a few days..
