    What you think, is this ad placement Ok..??
    I was sent e-mail with this question to adsense support 2 month ago, but nobody answered...:(

    Your second image is impossible to see, and your first image is very rough. I'm assuming your ads are at the top of that first image? It's hard to tell you how they would look from that image, I would suggest integrating them more with the other videos. Maybe put the one you have on top in between the rows.

    I strongly suggest you remove those ads. Google does not like ads being that close to images, and I believe it is in fact a direct violation of the TOC.

    You can't have images next to your adsense ads, It's against the TOS
