well i know the way out-- go to the site submit option at yahoo explorer >> then choose the second option Submit Site Feed then it will be added to your website feed then you have to authenticate it as we do in google then your xml sitemap gets pending. thats all for msn you may want to add a link at your homepage for websites sitemap and try to submit that sitemap in search engine also
