Some quite decent prizes to boot.

 

It´s a win win situation. The prizes are crap (I can´t believe there is not more of a financial incentive), but all eyes are on it, so this is the one to use to get yourself in the limelight.

 

Real estate is a good one. With the market downturn advertising is more important than ever. A lot of people are taking early retirement packages and finding it's a good move to stretch their dollars in Central America.

 

I have decided to partner with a couple of people on this one as long as its made clear that I am the greatest real estate in Costa Rica.
