    What that exactly mean DF and NF ?

    What's better for my blog DF or NF ?

    How can i know if my blog is no follow or do follow ?

    The blog is in the first link on my sig.

    If you put your link on the site with nofollow contribute, then you don't get a backlink.

    of course, your site use nofollow, your visitors put their links, they don't get backlink, but this case is good for you more than if you offer dofollow :D
