[WTS] High Quality PR3 Photoshop Tutorials Blog/Site with Great Content and Traffic

I have paid more than $300 to a photoshop expert to write articles for the blog and with quality content and each tutorial is complete in itself. All the Tutorials are in HowTo style with images to illustrate everything about Photoshop and Design.

I have barely spend any time on it or on promotion but still the site got around almost 3k unique visitors last month. All the traffic is organic. The traffic stats are attached at the end.

At the beginning I was not using any kind of ads but have now added adsense and widgetbucks and have earned few $$$ with them. There is nothing too substantial to speak about it though. Roughly it makes $6/month with adsense with 50 clicks on adsense. If you need the pics, than please tell me

The blog is complete in itself and you never have to spend any time in maintaining the backend or to add any features. I am selling it because I don't have time to monetize it or to promote it and feels someone else can do better justice to it. It is just lying around

The Blog is 6 months old, the domain is 1+ year old,is registered at godaddy and will be expiring in 2009.

No not as far as I can remember. The site is just going as it is, where it is format.

Though I don't need to justify but still I feels I should mention this. The site is not properly monetized and hence so low earnings. May be I should had sold some link, some blog posts, should had used kontera and adbrite interstitial ads to took the monthly revenue to ~$40/month and than people would had taken it more seriously.

I am again telling you, if you are just buying it and have no plans to add content to it or monetize it than you will be wasting your money I make way too much money that I don't care about such sites but than giving them away for pennies also don't make any sense (though I do used to sell them for pennies in 2006)

I really want to sell the site because its just lying around (like my 90% other sites) but just waiting for right buyer. I really don't think I have to tell people how to make money from it. Do I ?

I have reduced the BIN to more realistic $349. I really don't know I can go any lower than this.

Ok guys, Final BIN - $249 (+ paypal fees) since I don't want to go through the agony of re-auctioning the site. But I can't go for anything less the above mentioned price. It will be better to put the site again after few months, with MORE ads and MORE revenue to show up.

I values my time and have already spent way too much on this current auction than what was required with very little result and I am really looking to finish this off.

can u tell me where you get ur traffic from, is it search engine if so what are ur keywords?
