simple modern layout

    I want something thats pretty modern but very simple, Im after something that can easily be changed so that i can have the same layout for all of my sites but in different colour schemes as im going to start to join all my sites up now so they form part of a group of sites. does anyone know where i can get something preferably free or quite cheap from?

    The Open Source Web Design site has a good collection of modern templates that are free. Try checking them out.
