Has anyone used Traffic Equalizer?

I've came across this program a while back and was wondering what success people have had with it. There are some claims of increased traffic and wanted to know first hand experiences.

 

TE can generates hundreds or even thousands pages in seconds. All depend on niche markets/ keywords.

Step by step:
1. Decide a niche market which you will promote Adsense or affiliate products or your product or all.
2. Research 3,000 - 10,000 keywords which have low competition.
3. Customize a page of TE and generate thousands of pages.
4. Upload them to a web hosting by using FTP.
5. Customize a homepage in order to link the thousands of pages.
6. Submit a xml sitemap to Google.
7. Obtain backlinks of other websites to home page of your site.
8. Wait... get indexed by Google and other search engines.
9. Watch TSUNAMI!!!

Yes. On the one hand, Traffic Equalizer is basically a long-dead piece of garbage software that might get you into trouble. On the other hand, I still have TE sites running that make me money every day of my life, even though I haven't touched them in a loooong time. It's certainly not a fortune -- more like your monthly car payment or a month's worth of restaurant meals.

 

I used it a few years ago and it got one of my sites removed from Google. So be careful. I would test it first on a throwaway site.
