Paypal donations

Hi,
Does anyone have a paypal donation box on there site.
If so, does anyone actually donate?

 

Depend on what kind of site you are running. I get $200-$300 per month on the site I am running. I can request more but the visitors would find out that I am too greedy and keep everything for myself instead of use for the site..

 

I used to have a donation box, however, it did not get much from it. Max 200 usd pr year. And the majority by far can from one donater.

So it depend alot on your site and your users. Now I use adsense, kontera and affiliates for income instead. And they work just fine.

 

I used to have a paypal donation on my site, no one has ever donated so I take it down.

 

My sites are not that popular, but I do have 3 sites that might work.

1) One on my home town (Helena, MT)
2) A free cookbook site with over a 100 free recipes
3) A toy recall site with information on dangerous and lead contaminated toys

Also a Uwe Boll site, maybe he will give me some of his money..wo hahah

 

how can we put paypal donation in our site? as i really like to put one. just let me know,

 

for this you must should have a premium or bussiness paypal account. Than login to your paypal account, and I think it is under merchant/trade menu.


I am using donation button for my one site..and never got any donatination

 

yes i am a premier member , is there a policy in using the donation. or i can put donation freely and no restriction ?

 

I dont thibk there is any policy for this. But please read paypal documents for conformation.

I did a search for widgets on Blogger.
there is a huge website with loads of free widgets. That was one of them, and popular too.
