high ranking Pr5 web site - high potentials

    Bad-Credit-Services.com

    It's been a pet project for about a year. It ranks high in msn with highly targeted keywords that convert very well. Currently the site makes around $120-$250, but in the past it has made over $700 in a month. Asking price: $1,000

    Some msn rankings:
    bad credit car loans - 2 :)
    bad credit home loans - 5 :)
    bad credit personal loans - 18 :)
    bad credit loans - 18 :)
    bad credit - 26
    car loans - 78 <- huge potential for ranking in top 10.

    Why is this site so valuable?

    1. Besides being a pr5 web site, the site has thousands of quality links.
    2. The site was making $700/month when it ranked in the top 5 for bad credit personal loans. When you rank 18th, it doesn't take too much effort to get back to number 5.
    3. The site is virtually zero maintenance. you make money when people go to your sponsors and fill out free forms.
    4. If adsense is added to the site, it should make even more money.
    5. It isn't hard to get all the keywords to rank in the top 10. I've worked really hard getting links to get within striking range. If you ranked in the top 10 on msn for all of the keywords I've targeted, the site would easily make $2000-$3000/month if not more.
    6. Look on overture to see how much these keywords cost per click ($$$). For example the keyword bad credit car loans converts about 33%.

    How do you know the site can get in the top 10?

    Well all the site needs is more quality links which do take time to get. I'm pouring all of my efforts on a larger project; however, this site is a steal at the price I'm selling it for. It just has too much potential.

    I was dissapointed to lose out on this, as I thought I'd bought it for the asking price. I really wish sellers would say if it's an auction in their posts rather than changing terms later.
