    i think that if you get rid of the black backgound, it will look less like an ad :)

    change background, u know what should look good, kinda a stripes background.
    also, if u can crate a better header will be awesome too. and if u can add some
    rounded courners to the top and bottom, and add a good footer.
    if u can, add shadow around the whole container, it will look good,

    Very busy page, I must admit I didn't read all that much as it is too much and, to be honest, it looked like too much work for a free iPod. I like the domain name, though.

    It does seem a bit long but there was enough seperation to get thru it... some stuff does blend together.

    Side note, how does this kind of offer site work for you?

    Noticed that on IE6 that your side bar is not lining up correctly.
    Cool site though.. I think it can convert. I just suggest you shorten it a tab bit
    or add more benefits to your sales copy.

    I guess you had benefits towards the bottom.. but I would like to have seen more throughout the writing, such as: IPODS have more memory storage capacity then your average mp3 player and this specific model does so much more. Capabilities such as wifi will allow you to browse the internet at unheard of speeds, a feature you wont find on regular mp3 players..

    Then go on in the same manner with the other things this particular model can do.
    I think you will be able to get some sales the way it is, but if you tweak it up more showing people why they should have one then it will be that much better.
