I'd like to get some feedback on my new website. The primary purpose of it, is to provide news about the newest websites around the web, and then discuss with their founders to benefit consumers who want to become entrepreneurs. You can also find a lot of entrepreneur resources. Let me know what you think, and if you like it subscribe to the RSS. There will always be added content. I think you did a great job with the domain name and the articles I read are very entertaining ( I love the fact that you are using a color and not just white for the background! )
I'll be brutally honest.... I love the colour, the clean layout and design, the videos on the sidebar (thats a new one to me) and the interesting content. I dislike the number of different boxes that you have on either side of the content. I'd get rid of the adsense if I were you unless it is making a signigicant amount of revenue as i think a lot of visitors are surely ad-wise but hey i could be wrong. The RSS feed is in a great location and draws the eye somewhat because it changes all the time so good work on that. I'd reduce the number of social bookmarking buttons to the main few or put them on a single line, maybe put a little more space between posts and make the comment link more prominent either in terms of location or colour as i had to look twice before i saw it (i looked at the end of the post instinctively)
Thanks nikad. PedigreeChump6 - by "different boxes" you mean the silver modules ? My ad revenue is so-so. Would it be detrimental to take it down and then add it later ?
Very nice clean look. Colors look good. Great content. I also like the videos, although in a quick pass through the page I almost missed them.
I actually like it, I wouldn't change anything. The colour and layout is great. Then again, if you want to make money off it, listen to an expert - I am a just pleb who knows what she likes!

The color and layout are ok. However, as someone mentioned earlier, there are many too many boxes. It is hard to get a grip of them. Also, lose the adsense, I doubt you earn a lot from it. Lose it, at least temporarly.
I'm kinda iffy on removing the boxes, but I'll definitely give some thought to the adsense. Did you see that you could move the boxes around for user customization ?
Not bad looking site. You might want to consider inserting in some picture or graphics in some of your articles so as to make your website better. Sometime, a picture can tell thousand words.... Interactive features could be inserted to further engage your readers. Some of the examples are adding in a chat box or maybe a poll for improvement purposes. Cheers!
I think it's great.. if traffic is great now, or when traffic gets great, I would bump that left nav to the right and throw the adsense tower to the top left.. maybe even under a subscribe to rss link. great idea for a site!
Wow the moving boxes thing is really seriously nice. As for the content, yes i think you have chosen a nice niche, always lots of new things to write about so you'll never get writer's block. A good suggestion posted by someone else is the images within posts occasionally....maybe even a screenshot of the featured site.
Thank you for your kind words. I have done an image or two in the past, but I'm fairly selective on which images/logo's i can use that won't look strange on the orange background.
Liked the site alot. Love to get some exposure on my own new website launch www.texas-prewire.com. Great new electronics store with everything (well almost everything!) from cameras to TV's to audio, security, GPS, games and accessories etc all at terrific values and information on prewiring and custom installs.
