Is there anything "wrong" with exchanging Stumbles?

This guy sure seems to have it out for DP members when it comes to those exchanging Stumbles:
    http://suhallofshame.stumbleupon.com/

Personally, I see nothing wrong with asking others to look at your site and stumble it if they like it, in exchange for doing the same.
But, I'd like to get your take on this.
Is this guy right or wrong?

    Thanks

Exchanges can be considered against the Stumble ToS, though, only through interpretation.

However, I have no doubt in my mind that such exchanges will eventually result in bans (Similar to what DIGG has done).

Regardless though, that hall of shame is doing little more then promoting what they are against. By thumbing up those SU members they are increasing the power of those members...

it's just like you put adsense or ypn or any other ppc and ask your friend/family to click it.

His account should be flagged as spam. Clearly, it is not in the spirit of Stumble Upon. ;)
