    Hi to everyone,

I attached an image with a sample of how ads are displayed(the layout I mean).

So do you think this is against google TOS ? (showing an image on right side of the ads ?)

I got different thoughts from surfers and I want to know what is the rigth way do to that.
    Thx.

Its ok as that image is a part of a ad. but, don't make both ads look similar.

so, should I change the link color near the image, the background color ..? From my point of view there are some differences between ads :) but I don't if it's enogh.

    What would you suggest ?

There is a line that clearly seperates the Amzon ad/pic from the Adsense ones, so I don't see a problem, but ask Google if you're unsure.

Do you get real answers from Google? I always get canned answers whenever I ask them something.

Google TOS dictates that an image must not be there near to an AD.

    In that image,
They can't place Amazon Ads there when they have Adsense on, can they?
    That against the Tos

If it's a non-contextual ad, then no problem. As far as I understand it, as long as there's a clear demarcation line between the ad and the picture it should be ok, but Google will tell you for definite.

I think this one is ok since this is not an image but an ad ( containing and image ) . This is fine and not against TOS :)

This should be clearly fine but don't quote anyone of us on this.
