1.5 year Old - Total Unique Content Quality Health Blog for sale

I am selling my Health Blog Medsavailable as I have NO time to monetize it anymore. The Blog has around 90 unique posts and is highly content rich. The domain is around 1.5 years old and the blog is little less than a year old.

The site gets around 5k uniques/month, all organic traffic. I really have never cared to monetize it but with adsense it makes $14/month. It must be higher but unfortunately I only used channel for one ad unit, the 336x280 header. I do earn something from widgetbucks but its not worthy enough to mention. Last week or so, I had also put chitikia for testing purpose.

Anyway I don't think the site is for website brokers, so no need to say that the BIN is too high. It is perfect for someone who is looking to have an old health website/blog with targeted traffic to promote his affiliates or is looking to build a big portal. The domain is generic enough so it can be used for any health product.

I had to hire a ghost writer for them. Infact more than $500+ has been spent on writing for the blog. So it is pretty obvious that the current biddings are way too low. I hope you guys are serious enough as I values time, of mine and of others as well.

It seems $1499 is fairly unrealistic, so I have put bring down the BIN to $999 now. It's very hard for me to go any low further than this. Current highest Bidder is compules

I have decided to reduce the BIN to $799 (+ paypal fees) to make the transaction fast as I have way too many things to monetize.

I don't think I will go any lower than this and probably will prefer to start a new auction in few months time if I don't get the BIN. Lets see...

Interesting site. I dunno. $14 doesn't sound like a whole lot.

If you build the traffic up somemore, say within Alexa of 500k, I may be interesting.

Hi Juke, I had kind of forgot this thread. Unfortunately it didn't got much momentum and I am not going to sell for below the above mentioned price. So ya, the auction is pretty much dead.

I will see what I can do with it. The site dont' figure in my next 3-4 months plan so either I will again have to try to resell it or will have to work on to build traffic and more importantly revenue. But than, most likely the price will be alot higher.
