Hey all, I have been under my mom's name for a while now. I signed up when I was 16 with Google's permission, under my mom's name. She is out of the country now and wont be back until late march. On Feb 26th I will turn 18. I requested a name change, since then I can use my name but I don't know if my January check will be on my mom's name, or mine. The problem stands that payments issue around the 23rd or so, and that means I will be still 17 when this happens. I contacted Adsense, its been 2 days they havn't replied. Does anyone see anything wrong with my Name Change?
just make sure that before your check expires you have a bank account on your name , or reissue your check with your updated name , so that when the send the check again it has your name . i also have similar dilemma , i have my account on my grandfathers name and i AM turning 18 in april so i will update contact information or apply again
