How do you track your sales?

I just made $0.35 with CJ today. I know, big money! My first real sale. I was wondering how do you keep track of your sales? I'm trying to figure out which site the sale came from. The link ID doesn't match any of my CJ PIDs.

    Thanks :)

I'm willing to show you everything you need to know about tracking if you sign up under my affiliate ID for another network.

The whole tracking thing is really pretty simple.

You should have set up different CJ web site profiles.. and have unique PIDs for each site.. then use that PID for tracking. This way you'll get break down of sales per web site.

    Hope this make sense.

    Thanks!

The link ID is the ad ID that was used for the link. In a commission detail report, look at the "Web Site" column to see which of your PIDs was used (it will list the site name). I also use SIDs for my links to track which section of a site the click came from, or to track keywords.

I'm not seeing a web site column. I clicked on Run reports. I see my advertisers, link ids, link name, commission, etc etc. On the very end there is a detail link. I click that, and it doesn't show much of anything. Could you give me the steps of where I click to see the web site column?

    Run reports, then what's next?

    Thanks

Run Reports -> Performance Reports -> Select Time (Exact time period | this month)

    That should work.
