    About MTV myspace layout:
    1.Very good design.
    2.Good placements of ads.
    3.Logo is very simple,make it done better by designers.
    4.Buy a good domain name to drive more traffic on your site.
    5.Everyone should visit it atleast once!

    About game cheats:
    1.Very simple and useful site for gamers who loves playing with cheat codes.
    2.Everything is perfect but you can improve your home page.Add more content with some images on the home page.

    The first site is awful, the loading is slow and the content is too hard to find.

    The top logo on "b5b.us" just says "MTV Layouts" from within an image, this not only makes it unuseful for SEO but also doesn't give the user a brand name to remember.

    You need to improve SEO on all those sites.

    MTV - its header looks too simple, if you have any good designers, ask them to make it better

    It's only my suggestion anyway! :D
