Can anyone accept $30 via paypal for me?

I have a personal paypal account which means I can't accept payments made with credit cards but I can accept payments made with a paypal balance.

Can anybody with a business paypal account accept a $30 payment from a client and then transfer the money to my account?

Paypal say I would have to upgrade my account and then I get charged 3% per per transaction in future.

    Any other suggestions?

For someone to accept the $30 would actually not net $30, it would be roughly 28.50, and then to send on to you would only net you about $26 in the end - let me know if you need help anyway though.

I am happy to take a hit of a few dollars - if you are able to do this I would be very grateful :) .

PayPal lets you have one personal and one business account. Sign up for one of each so you can accept credit card payments at a fee, and cash payments for free.

I don't know, I've never tried. You don't get PayPal fees from Premium->Personal account, though, right? You could just transfer it over to your personal PayPal account and then to your bank.
