Basically, this tool uses a list of thousands and thousands of blog entries and then it goes to that entry, fills in the boxes and submits it automatically, without anything being displayed on the screen. Thats why it takes quite a while to run. You shouldn't get banned from Google for this service because it isn't as if you're going to get all 38,000 backlinks within an hour, it will be spread out because blog owners are going to have to moderate a lot of these, so it will seem more natural.
