    No worth building the air castles, anything doing automated appraisal is going to be flawed. It is better to do your own appraisal by researching the sales of main keywords within your domain. e.g to get an idea of keyword value go to

    Can't find free zenetic tool everyone is talking about :confused: . Was it discontinued? If not, please, could someone give me a link?

    http://www.sitefirms.com/ is a very useful tool, I would say the most, but you can't know for sure if in your case with the same domain you could sell it at that price. I believe it all depends on where and how you will promote your domain, and what is the most important if the right people will be in the right place to see and get interested in your domain enough to get their hard earned money from their pocket :D So I think every case is very much individual and depends on your luck a lot :cool:
