    I'll happily record your date for the future, but WE DO NOT have a winner, the public toolbar has not been updated. It appears that only six data centers are updated and the toolbarqueries.google.com IS NOT.

    It appears you have be just hours off ...

    But the only way to fairly determine a winner is when the public toolbar is updated; my toolbar PR will likely show different results than yours or thousands of others until to actual synch takes place on the TBPR.
