Is there anyone offering such service? I don't need directory submissions or stuff like this, I need someone who looks at competition backlinks, find how they got those links and eventually get links for my website in the same places. Nothing abusive, everything must be done ethical and professional.

Cost you about $10 per billable hour, and you will have to pay for time, not by results. You do get work-in-progress reports.

    That suit you ?

find someone who can charge for results as you have nothing to lose when you are paying because you are getting what you ask for, if you use someone who charges for time not results then you have everything to lost and they win no matter what

Good luck man. I had such trouble finding someone who could do what you are looking for that I am seriously contemplating hiring someone inhouse and possibly offering the service myself.
