I don't need directory submissions or stuff like this, I need someone who looks at competition backlinks, find how they got those links and eventually get links for my website in the same places. Nothing abusive, everything must be done ethical and professional.

find someone who can charge for results as you have nothing to lose when you are paying because you are getting what you ask for, if you use someone who charges for time not results then you have everything to lost and they win no matter what
