    I already switched from XP to Ubuntu Linux. Its a great switch and recommended highly. As for certain programs running in linux its really not terribly hard to get them to run with Wine installed on the OS. I've installed Adobe Photoshop CS2 & Dreamweaver MX2004 8 on my linux box and both work pretty well for me.

    I set up vista around 1 week ago, and guess what, now im using XP again. My laptop is good enough for vista, but it just using too much resources when i do nothing in front of the computer...
    I will install Linux (ubuntu) this week :)

    If I'm still in the Windows world then it will be Windows 7. I will totally skip Vista.

    I've wanted to switch to Linux but haven't really been able to yet. Still some progs that I want to run in Windows that won't run on Linux.
