There was talk about this before....and how they are not subject to the Net 45 terms, but then I didn't actually hear when some of you banned folks got paid.

ANyone know when the banned people got paid last month? We all got ours like 2 days into the month...did they as well?

    Thanks.

You know there is a reason that your reputation is red allready and you have only been on the forums for a few days. Can you figure out why?

I KNOW they pay you. I'm not sure why some of you are completely speculating and saying they don't as if you know for sure. The YPN rep even told me they do.

So, Panchovilla, it took an additional month for you to get paid?

That is good to hear. There have been others that I have heard of that have not gotten paid from Google. Whether this is the norm or not for Google at least you will get paid from YPN.

    Good Luck

Yeah, it's true about Google. A friend of mine made 10k from Google and got banned. Total BS in my opinion...

Well, it certainly sucks that I'm officially on net-60 terms now for the next two months as my last earnings get paid to me, lol. ;)

Yahoo is currently paying those who have been banned for too much outside US traffic. You have to remember that this is not really a banning as much as a suspension.

Some accounts are getting banned with as much as 80% us traffic. It really all depends on who CLICKS the ads that get you kicked. For some reason International traffic always seem to be much better targeted.

Yahoos intentions are pure so I don't fault them for removing people from the program for large amounts of outside US traffic Hopefully they will go international soon and this whole issue will not be an ISSUE.

Well the good thing is that this is all good information and it is coming out due to this thread. Some of us had heard other stories about people not getting paid when banned and now we know that there are people getting paid. So the thread has turned into a very positive thread.

Yeah, "grant" here on these forums was one of the first to confirm he was getting paid even though he was banned.

If I wasn't getting paid, it'd be $60,000 down the toilet, which might prompt some sort of legal action....of which I'd probably lose anyway.

Yahoo has the right not to pay anyone who violated their TOS, however, they are paying some accounts who didn't violate the TOS other than having too much International traffic. In those cases, they are paying for the US portion of the traffic. If you were actually banned for something directly within your control, or fradulent clicks, it's my understanding that they will not pay those accounts and are issuing refunds to the advertiser.
