    I'm thinking of selling an old PR 5 authority site, that I don't have time or money to further work on the monetization aspect. The site is strictly computer hardware/tech niche.

    It is about 3 years old, and has more than 10k pages indexed in Google. Traffic mostly comes from Google or bookmarks (its considered an authority site...). 5k UVs a month, sometimes close to 6k. Very steady traffic.

    Currently only makes very low $XX a month on Adsense. I realize I do not have time to explore other monetization aspects, but it has done very well on affiliates (an eBay owned company) in the past. Now, due to based outside of US, am unable to use eBay anymore.

    I do need money, so please ask me for details ONLY if you're really interested, and have a minimum budget above $1200. I will also use Escrow.com only, due to widespread fraud.

    Site is earning low, but all things considered, it is a very high quality site. So, this is for serious buyers only. PM me for details.
