I'd like to advertise on a website that shows ads like this one: http://i26.tinypic.com/ayk8jp.gif

Do you guys know which advertising network has these ads? Is it AdBrite?

It could be AdBrite, but it could be loads of other things too.
Try looking at the page source code.

I've found in the source code media.fastclick.net - so is it fastclick.net? Or is fastclick affiliated with a larger advertising network and they use the domain fastclick.net just to hide themself?

fastclick is now valueclickmedia, they don't use fastlick to "hide themselves", they're one of the major networks...
have you ever heard of commission junction?

I've used fastclick CPM ads (as publisher) and they're good

Yeah, I know CJ, but I want to join as a publisher - I need advertising for my website. So should I sign up on www.valueclick.com?

It's valueclickmedia and is reputable and a tier 1 network. There is also some other cpm networks that have these sorts of offers. I think Adbrite may also allow them, but not totally sure as I don't really use them.

I believe Adbrite is really good .. you can pay like 0.05 cpm lol and get made money..

I did a cpm using a banner with a girl in bikini and put it at 0.20 or 0.10 cents cpm (i forgot) and I got out of 1000 atleast 30 to 70 clicks.. it was great :D and ont he landing page i had some inter ads and popups and made around 1.40 from it.

so it worked out nicely.. yet its a risky sort of thing
