    Hello everyone. I'm selling my site, http://www.smoking-weed.com with the forums, http://forums.smoking-weed.com

    I don't have the time to properly run it anymore, so I'm going to sell it as opposed to letting it die out. This is my first sale, so here's a few things I think you should know:

    I own the domain, and it comes with the website. It's registrar is register.com.

    It's hosted for free on byethost.com

    The site is made from Joomla, and easily customizable. The forums are SMF and located on a subdomain.

    The forums are pretty active, and all the members are real. I never paid for paid posting or anything. There's always new posts and members coming in, and there's a contest running right now. The person with the most posts at the end of February gets $10. I'll reduce your offers by that amount to compensate.

    There's a lot of traffic daily from Stumble. The average pageviews per day on the forums is close to 2,000. No pagerank yet though.

    I don't make any money ads because I've yet to monetize it, but I would bet you could make $10 a month pretty easily.
