Can you run websites while in College?

Does anyone here go to college? Approximately how much time in a week does your studies consume? I'm thinking around 15 hours, is that accurate?

How much time would you have a day/week to work on your website?

I would probably need 5 a day, could you still run one while in college?

    thanks

what other priorities do you have? like a girlfriend or anything? cause that equates to 5 hours a day and i'd have plenty of time after that.

My 4th year in college...Outside of going to class (2-3 hours per day), I spend maybe 1 hour per day studying or working on classwork...Yes, I have a girlfriend, yes I have a life outside of class and the internet, and I still have hours to work online every day

I guess it all comes down to your workload (classes) and what kind of grades you want :p

Im in a programming major with LOTSA projects.

It's doable, you just wont have as much of a social life as you might like

Yes you can. I go to college full time. 12 credits. Work 45 hours/week at an office job. Run 3 websites now, and working on another. I will admit, I have no life outside of these things though.

    :D
I went to college and most of the time was spent drinking :D

The key is to make sure that you go to all your classes and take good notes. Taking night classes is the best. This way you wouldn't miss any classes.

When you have a test you wake up at 5:00 am and study all day and you are sure to ace it.

Working online is a great way for a college student to make some money. You can also work a W2 job on the weekends.

Another way to make some money is to blog about the class. This would be good for history, political science, business. This way you can make online money and study at the same time.

Many Universities will give you a blog on a .edu subdomain which is good for selling links and online income.

I am able to balance it. I find breaks though easy to spend some time on my sites.
