Redirect.txt - is it 301 or 302?

    When using a redirect.txt file to redirect .asp pages, does Google (and other search engines) see it as a 301 (permanent) or 302 (temporary)?

    Yes, it is an IIS server. I'm curious as to if the link "juice" will forward or not.
