I have a few doubts about selling and purchasing domains

I have a some .info domains,I was having some plans about those BUT I now want to sell them.
So I can make a thread in domain section and try to sell them BUT What after that ?
    • The buyer should pay me after OR before the purchase ?
    • All of them are registered on godaddy ,So how to transfer the domain to them ?
    • Will I have to give the domain-transfer code to the buyer ?
    • Will I have to re register the domain on his name and then give it to him/her ?
    • Are there any chances of SCAM ?

In-short I want to know the role of the seller after the buyer and seller sets to a deal

I am really new to this domain business,I will be really thankful if you can throw some light on these things :)

    EDIT :
OOps I made the post in wrong section,It should be in "Domain names can MODS move it " (too many tabs always create confusions :p )

    * The buyer should pay me after OR before the purchase ?

The highest bidder pays you before getting the domain.

    * All of them are registered on godaddy ,So how to transfer the domain to them ?

Domain control panel > Initiate account transfer > Enter their info

    * Will I have to give the domain-transfer code to the buyer ?

    NO, do not.

    * Will I have to re register the domain on his name and then give it to him/her ?

Filling out the 'account transfer' section is enough (the key info is their godaddy related email)

    * Are there any chances of SCAM ?

They are paying you first. For low $$ you are fine.
For big $$$$$$ you need to use escrow.

    Have fun! :)

The buyer should pay you first and you can do a free transfer/push to his/her GoDaddy account. If they do not have one, they can sign up for a free account.

    There's a free-push option available.
