Selling my stake in my Forums

    I am looking to pursue my main website more and more and am looking to sell out my 50% share of my forums.

    I own the domain name, the vbulletin license and the hosting account so its more than 50% but whatever.

    50% would mean you would have control over the following things.
    vbulletin license
    domain name
    hosting costs
    advertising

    I have a few monthly links and have sold some yearly links in the last month but besides this not much has been made in terms of cash.

    I have charged 150 to 250 for yearly links and my moonthlys are 18 to 20.

    I am looking for 1100 firm for my share of the site. I could always frequent like I currently do and give you an account as a "hidden admin"

    My partner is also willing to sell his portion if any one is interested in the whole forum - 2000 for the whole thing.

    Traffic stats are available but on average we have anywhere from 85 unqiues to 250 uniques a day without ANY advertising of the forum.

    Threads: 3,180, Posts: 51,754, Members: 71 ( we prune daily our users who do not post )
