I was having problems earlier receiving payment from someone. This is really bad. That's a lot of transactions being halted.

Well I was opened it at 12.10 PM IST but not able to open it right now. Same message is come for me too. Looks like they are doing something.
Yes this is true. Here in the Philippines we have a problem withdrawing our funds. In fact, I have two pending transactions, January 24 and January 31st. I have emailed Paypal many times and called my bank, but both of them gave me a sufficient answer. Paypal has been silent for many days. We got news from ebay.ph, that they are having problems in Asia. I hope this will be fixed soon.
PayPal has problems for like 2 weeks now. Almost ALL withdrawals to Visa are in "pending" status. they said in the 5th that everything should be done in 72 hours, but now those hours passed and withdrawals are still in that status. i'm getting worried
