Any affiliate network who pays just for displaying banners?

    Hi,
    I wonder whether there is any affiliate network which can pay just for placing it's banner on our websites/blogs, regardless of whether it gets clicked or not? I had heard of one once, but i dont remember that anymore.

    I think money4bookers or something pays you for showing banners .

    axill pays for display the banner, but your site must have over 10,000 unique visitors a month
