The Next Step?

I've done everything I can think of in terms of SEO. So, what's the next step for my site? Is there anything obvious I'm not doing that I should? Or anything I'm doing that I shouldn't be?

Any good ideas or suggestions will receive +ve rep.

First step would be to validate your HTML pages, you get a few errors at validate.w3c.org I provided a link below for you to see.

In terms of new content, is adding more products consistently enough for now? I'm thinking about adding a drugs news section for biweekly updates on drug laws and other interesting stories.

And, my page now validates. Turns out I had "&" all over the place instead of "&".

You have two META keywords tag.. one should be META Description
