Well someone red repped me for that. I was just saying that I don't think it should be joked about. What's the problem there?

I also said that I wasn't the one who left red rep for you. I also said that whoever was, was lame enough to not leave their signature.

But I get red for this?? Why?

Did any of you know that most top do(G) websites require your links page to have a decent to high pr rank in order to trade links?

Yes alot of sites do this, mainly because they dont want a seemingly useless pr0 link.

But you never know, that pr0 could be a pr4 next update :)

I think there are two good places to get cheapest links:
    1. web directories
    2. digitalpoint forum

Check my post "links on content pages"
    where
    I talked about www.linkwizard.net

They really have many relevant pr sites and content pages and you do not need to pay for links cause their service is free

I just bought a pr8 link from an Africa News site on text-link.us. I hope it's not the same site!:(

I've bought some links in the past for PR only. It was no good at all. Especially the cheap links are really crappy and some of the sellers are just trying to rip you off. I even saw an add for a link on a PR10 page for a $100 one time fee on eBay once. Yeah right.

Just before Jagger I changed my strategy, I only look for traffic if I buy links. I don't care about the PR or nowfollows, just give me traffic...

    hehe, that's funny :)
Interesting how many people actually bought that pr10 link lol

kokopoko, sounds like a good deal.. $50/month for pr8 is pretty cheap imo, hope you get the link

So what's the tie in between traffic and PR then with link selling/buying...

If I have a newly PR5 site that gets currently @2500 pageviews/day, would a sitewide top of the page text link for $10-15/month be too much?

If anyone is looking for medium PR links then articles are the way forward.

Submit to a few sites and within weeks you have a bunch of good quality relevant links.
