    google and yahoo dont like sites selling illegal stuff like, software cracks etc.

    there r other reasons for sites being banned.

    people can request a re consideration for their banned sites to be re included in search results but only if they remove all the illegal stuff or any other thing for which they were banned

    He means things like cloaking and link spam, and he just so happens to be enough of a sheep to tie Google's TOS to his own personal ethics.
