Yes u can download, i use this site. Just enter URL and download. U need VLC or FLV player to play the video.
I used to download them via www.keepvid.com, but now its more easier with Internet Download Manager .

So you wanna steal them? Download the FLV file using the sites we told you. Find a free video player so you can host them on your site.
