You will take payment through Escrow.com, I presume? Also, what kind of offer are you looking for? Thanks.

I would advise caution for anyone thinking of buying this or any other domain from this seller.
Things are not all they seem to be.

Just wondering why www.Airiest.com has a different whois than the two sites you are selling.

www.Airiest.com was dropped long time ago and someone else bought it. I used to own the name before and that's why my DP ID is www.Airiest.com. :)

    Hello,

I am an old man of 71 years of age, I am not very computer proficient. I bought these domains when there was the dot com bubble. I don't know how to change whois email. I have this email address (gerald.gorman.@graduate.org) means that I am the owner and I have control over this domain.

If you buy this domain then I will hand you over with the password of the Register.com account where this domain is registered. I don't know how to push domains - then you can do whatever you like. This will be my first domain sale.

Don't worry pal - just give me your highest offer.

    Gerald.

    Hi Gerald,

Before I negotiate with you any further I will require you to change the registrant email of the domain to "gerald.gorman@graduate.org" to verify that you have control over the domain.
Once I see this change in whois I shall send you a higher offer.

    Best Regards
    Kris

Can you plz up your offer to $750 ? Then the domain will be immediately sold to you.

    Inform me whatever you think.

    Thx.

    Gerald.

Regarding your Digital Point post, I can offer $500

    thanks

In addition I have emailed the admin email of the domain , and are still waiting a reply so obviously this guy doesn't have control over the domain or the registrant email in whois

There seems to confusion over domain ownership. Always use use due diligence with any purchase.

No confusion. Just spoke the rightful owner and they are unaware of "the sale."

Thanks - Was awaiting an email from him myself - He tried to sell it on NP as well (I Moved it to Private there) ;)

IP was from India .... Didn't match the whois and just didn't feel right at all.
FYI - He was requesting people over there send Offers to a @fan.net Email address - So it worries me he may have access to the Register.com account.
