    assuming #container is your layout wrapper

    this will center your layout in FF, IE and Opera (and probably any other browser)

    If i get you right, it might mean reducing the <table> width also.

    Aaron111, one thing you may want to consider would be to make the menus a bit easier to read. With that busy coffee image behind the white text it is easy to loose them visually. Perhaps a brown background with the coffeebeans as an accent shape, maybe at 25-30% opacity on the brown? Just a thought.

    Aaron111, ditch the beans man. You want readers to find your stuff, not have to decipher the text through the beans. Now if this is just a marketing technique to draw the reader's interest into the center of the page, it works, because I can't stand to look outside the center of the page!
