Requesting suggestions for Web Community host/software

    Hi All,

    I'm in the process of developing a Web Community website, similar to MySpace and Facebook, and I'm looking for input from anyone who can recommend a host (that meets the necessary bandwidth requirements) and/or Web Community software. Please let me know if you can recommend a resource for either, and please also include the reason(s) for your recommendation, e.g. price, ease of use, etc.

    Is there a hosting section? I looked through all the forums and couldn't find one, and since my question also concerns web design software, I chose this one. If you think another forum is more appropriate, please specify the forum and I'll ask the administrator if the thread should be moved.
